Mr. Domenico is always available to assist guests throughout their stay, offering insights into how the farm is run, including demonstrations and, at times, hands-on experiences with agricultural equipment. He is also happy to share recommendations on where to source local food products such as fresh fish, eggs, traditional cured meats, honey, olive oil and wine, as well as suggest unique places to visit in the surrounding area. Organic fruit and vegetables can be sourced directly from nearby local producers, just a short walk away, as they are located in the immediate surroundings of Podere La Cavallara.
For lovers of sport and the outdoors, bicycles are available on request to explore the scenic cycling routes around Lake Bolsena.
